We’ve been awarded Employer of the Year

We have been awarded Employer of the Year at the Chichester and Bognor Regis Business Awards 2025, hosted by the Chichester Chamber of Commerce. 

After digging our best outfits out of the wardrobe, last Friday we headed to the Chichester and Bognor Regis Business Awards hosted at The Avisford Park Hotel in Arundel, West Sussex. It was an evening of excitement as we mingled with other local businesses who were eagerly awaiting the results of the awards.

The evening began with arrival drinks before we made our way into the hall which was elegantly decorated all the way to the main stage. The table favours were bars of Montezuma's, a luxury chocolate brand local to Chichester, which was a nice touch. After devouring a three course meal, getting to know fellow table guests and joining in with the singing waiters, it was time for the awards. 

Hosted by Shaun Williamson, a.k.a Barry from Eastenders, it was wonderful to see all the award finalists and how excited everyone was to hear their company called out. As finalists of three categories: Medium business of the Year, Employer of the Year, and Health and Wellbeing Excellence, we were on tenterhooks. 

The moment came to find out how we got on and we couldn’t have been happier to hear Millstream Productions called as winner of the Employer of the Year award! Louis, Lauren and Chloe were called up on stage to accept the award from famous actor Shaun, and Ian Moore, Founder of Lodge Court, a HR Consultancy, who sponsored the award. We also received the Highly Commended award for Health and Wellbeing Excellence. 

We asked Ben, Managing Director at Millstream Productions, to tell us what winning means to him:

This is the second award we’ve taken home this year including the Smiley Charity Award People’s Choice and they are a fantastic recognition of the hard work and dedication of the team here at Millstream.
