Meeting the client's needs
More than 90 video projects for GenesisCare since 2016.
GenesisCare has a wide external and internal communications output and Millstream have relied on all areas of our expertise to meet these needs. Our in-house team provide video production, animations and photography. Branching over all of this is the most important skill which is to make work with dignity and respect.
Compassionate filmmaking
Our ethos is “it’s your story, not ours” and we take this forward in everything we do.
One of Millstream’s greatest assets is the compassion in its team. Coming from a documentary background, we understand the importance of listening to our interviewees and clients.
Our team are mental health first aiders which we see as an essential skill in helping us understand how our interviewees feel, and how to talk to them. With GenesisCare, we are regularly interviewing cancer patients who are potentially going through the hardest time of their life and it’s crucial we respect that and make work with dignity.
Our highlight
Following a ground-breaking treatment take place in the UK and Amsterdam and documenting that as it happens.
This was a real highlight, not only because we love to travel, but to see this revolutionary treatment take place was incredible. We had time to meet the patient and their partner and make a truly special piece of work that hopefully leads to more patients knowing about and experiencing this treatment.
