Blackmoor golf course is home to a stunning 18 hole course, situated in the heart of Hampshire. Famous for it's perfect greens and lavender, the club was keen to promote its facilities with social media videos.

Using video content to support the marketing aims of the golf course
Blackmoor told us of their USPs and aims within their marketing strategy and that allowed us to plan video content around this to help support them. This ensured all the future marketing collateral is aligned and consistent and that prospective members of the club feel confident in Blackmoor, find the customer journey simple and can focus on choosing the right golf course for them.

Promoting the course with premium video content

Millstream have in-house access to drones, on the ground cameras, interviewing experts and animation
This allows us to create a complete video project in a timely manner and consistent high quality. A golf course is best seen from the sky and our drones are perfect for capturing this footage. Being traditional filmmakers as well, we knew how to capture cinematic camera movements with the drone and this complemented "on the ground" footage with our cinematic filming style too.

Delivering multiple video assets

Video content is only succesful if it meets the needs of its audience. Unfortunately there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to video and it's important to tailor the videos for their unique platforms
What does this mean? Essentially it's know who is looking at your social media platforms and designing video content for them. For example, Facebook is more casual with a wide reach, Instagram is more visual and emotion driven, YouTube is more informative and of course the client's website is branded and already has an vested audience. For this project, we produced a "hero" video for the main website and then short, social media versions designed for Instagram and Facebook that focus on one key area of the gold club, ie the hospitality facilities, the pro-shop, the driving range. The result is a bank of video content that can be shared and refreshed with a long shelf life.
